User Agreement

Welcome to Beatium. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and Beatium governing your access to and use of the Beatium mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms. By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the registration information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

4. Content and Licensing. Producers retain ownership of the beats and audio they upload. Beatium is a discovery service: a listing links to the producer's own storefront, and the licence granted by any sale is set and published by the producer there, directly between producer and buyer. By listing content you grant Beatium a non-exclusive licence to host, stream previews, and display that content within the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all rights to the content you upload.

5. Purchases. Beatium does not process payments and is not a party to any sale. A listed price is the producer's asking price, shown for discovery only; the purchase itself, its licence terms, delivery and any refund are agreed and completed with the producer through the storefront linked from their profile. Disputes about a purchase are between buyer and producer.

6. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party rights, is plagiarized, or is unlawful; not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; and not to use the Service to harass other users. Violations may result in removal of content and termination of access.

7. Moderation. Uploaded content may be reviewed for originality and policy compliance. We may remove content or hold it in a moderation queue at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Changes. We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
